This plan turns how to pass a sports betting challenge into a schedule you can follow one day at a time. The aim is a steady pace, not a fast start.

Before day 1: know your numbers

Write down four numbers in dollars before you place a single pick. On a $10,000 1-Phase account you need $2,000 of profit before you lose $1,500 overall or $1,000 in one day.

  • 1-Phase: 20% profit target, 15% max overall loss, 10% daily loss limit, 30 days.
  • 2-Phase: 15% then 10% profit target, 20% max overall loss, 10% daily loss limit, 30 days per phase.
  • 3-Phase: 10% per phase, 20% max overall loss, 10% daily loss limit, 30 days per phase.

Then set up the rest of your plan:

  1. Pick your format and size on the Challenges page.
  2. Set your unit at about 1% of the starting balance. Do not change it mid-challenge. A 1% unit sits well under the max stake per pick, which is $200 on a $10,000 account.
  3. Set a personal daily stop of 3% to 4%, well inside the 10% rule.
  4. Choose your two or three strongest sports or bet types. Only bet those.
  5. Open a pick log: date, market, odds, stake and result.

Stake sizes by account

  • $1,000: unit $10, personal stop $30 to $40, daily limit $100.
  • $2,500: unit $25, personal stop $75 to $100, daily limit $250.
  • $5,000: unit $50, personal stop $150 to $200, daily limit $500.
  • $10,000: unit $100, personal stop $300 to $400, daily limit $1,000.
  • $25,000: unit $250, personal stop $750 to $1,000, daily limit $2,500.
  • $50,000: unit $500, personal stop $1,500 to $2,000, daily limit $5,000.

Days 1 to 7: settle in

Bet one-unit stakes in your chosen markets only. Log every pick. Stop for the day when you reach your personal stop. At the end of the week, note your profit so far, number of picks, average odds and your closest day to the stop.

Days 8 to 14: find your pace

A 20% target over 20 active days is about 1% a day on average. Compare your progress to that pace, but keep the same unit whether you are ahead or behind. At the weekly check, drop any market that isn't working.

Days 15 to 21: hold your nerve

This is the week people start forcing picks. If you are behind, accept it. Running out of time costs the fee. Breaching a loss limit costs the fee and all your progress. At the weekly check, write down your distance to the target and to the overall loss limit in dollars.

Days 22 to 30: finish clean

Near the target, keep the same stakes. Never size up to close the gap faster. If you pass a phase of a 2-Phase or 3-Phase challenge, start the next one with exactly the same process.

Your daily checklist

  • I know today's distance to the target and to both loss limits.
  • Every stake is one unit.
  • I only bet my chosen markets.
  • I log each pick as I place it.
  • If I hit my personal stop, I'm done for the day.
