Terms & Conditions
Last Update: 10 Oct, 2026
01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms describe the proposed conditions for using BetFunder's website, challenge evaluation services and related features. By creating an account or purchasing a challenge after the finalized Terms are published, a participant agrees to the version presented at checkout.
If you disagree with any material requirement, do not register or purchase. Specific challenge rules shown at purchase should form part of the agreement and must be clearly disclosed before payment.
02. What BetFunder Provides
BetFunder is presented as a sports-analysis challenge platform through which participants select an evaluation format and attempt to meet defined performance and risk objectives. Successful evaluation may make a participant eligible for the next program stage, subject to approval and published rules.
03. Eligibility and Restricted Locations
Participation must be limited to users who meet the minimum legal age and location requirements applicable to their jurisdiction and to the actual BetFunder operating model.
- Provide accurate identity and residency information.
- Do not participate from a prohibited location or attempt to bypass geographic restrictions.
- Complete verification checks when legally required or necessary to administer the program.
- Review the final Eligibility & Restricted Locations Policy before purchasing.
Client confirmation needed: minimum age, accepted/restricted regions, KYC requirements and applicable licenses or authorizations.
04. Registration and Account Security
Accounts should be personal to the registered participant unless an exception is expressly authorized. Users must safeguard login credentials and notify support if they suspect unauthorized access. Duplicate accounts, account sharing, automated activity and identity misrepresentation may be prohibited under the finalized rules.
05. Challenges, Pricing and Purchase
Available evaluation formats, challenge fees, account sizes, phases, targets and risk parameters must be displayed in the Challenges & Pricing page and repeated in the checkout order summary. A purchase should only proceed after the buyer acknowledges the selected program and applicable policies.
- Display the total payable amount and any taxes or fees before authorization.
- Provide an order confirmation or receipt following successful payment.
- Explain whether fees are one-time, recurring, refundable or payable again for resets.
- Disclose how a challenge begins and whether access is immediate.
06. Evaluation Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Each challenge has its own performance metrics and operating limits. Participants are responsible for understanding the applicable profit targets, daily and overall loss limits, pick/stake caps, event restrictions and permitted strategies.
Rule breaches may affect challenge status only according to the final, published enforcement policy. BetFunder should disclose review procedures and how a participant can ask for clarification or appeal an error.
07. Qualification, Payouts and Verification
Passing an evaluation does not itself promise or guarantee any specific earnings. Any funded-stage benefits or payouts must be governed by separately disclosed eligibility requirements, profit share calculations, review periods and verification criteria.
Client confirmation needed: funded-stage contract, payout schedule, split percentages, minimum thresholds, permitted withdrawal methods, fees and dispute process.
08. Acceptable Platform Use
Users must not misuse BetFunder services, interfere with platform availability, circumvent safeguards, impersonate others or violate applicable laws. Site content, brand assets and proprietary interfaces remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
09. Risk and Responsible Participation
Sports-related activities and challenge evaluations may involve financial costs and loss of fees. Performance outcomes are uncertain. Participants should avoid relying on website examples or historical results as promises of future outcomes.
BetFunder should publish prominent responsible participation information, relevant support resources and jurisdiction-specific disclosures after its business model is verified.
