Before registering or purchasing a challenge, review the age, residency, identity, and regional requirements that may determine whether BetFunder can offer its services to you.

  1. Who may apply

Access is conditional on meeting BetFunder’s terms and all applicable laws in the participant’s location. Meeting one requirement does not automatically guarantee eligibility.

You must meet the applicable minimum legal age (18+) requirement.
You must be a resident of a location in which BetFunder permits participation.
You must provide accurate registration details and act on your own behalf.
You must not be otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable laws or BetFunder policies.

  1. Restricted locations

BetFunder must supply and approve its exact list of restricted countries, states, territories, and other jurisdictions before this page goes live. No location is automatically permitted merely because it is not named in the list.

Do not label an applicant “eligible” based only on a dropdown selection without a verified rules engine.

  1. Travel, relocation, and VPN use

The legal status of participation may change when you travel or move. Do not assume an account remains usable in a new location.

Notify support before using an account from a new jurisdiction.
Using a VPN or other tool to misrepresent your location may violate the final terms.
Eligibility must be assessed based on applicable policy and actual location, not simply IP address.
